WOW!  Congratulations on your pregnancy!  What an amazing miracle and experience to be pregnant!  As I am writing this, I myself am 31 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and at the moment and I just LOVE feeling his little kicks!

A little bit about me

My name is Julie Nguyen and I am a musculoskeletal physiotherapist working in Sydney, Australia. I've been working as a private practice physiotherapist for over 15 years and I truly enjoy helping people recover from their injuries!

During my own pregnancy and listening to a lot of pregnant clients, I've noticed some patterns and trends with pain and discomfort which provoked me to create these short online workshops which are effective, convenient and affordable for almost all mums and mothers-to-be.
