How Often Do I Do These Exercises?

5 to 7 times per week

For maximum results, I recommend that you aim to do these exercises 5 to 7 times per week for at least 6 to 12 weeks.  But you will still get sufficient results if you only do them at least 3 - 5 times per week.

I’ve provided you with a weekly planner (it's in the next lecture) so that you can tick off your exercises as you complete them each day. 

Did I hear you say, "I've got no time?"

For those who are pressed for time, get creative. Here are some options of how to fit these stretches into your day. 

  • Split them in half and do them every alternate day
  • Do some standing stretches while the kettle or pot is boiling on the stove
  • Do some exercises while watching TV or during commercial breaks
